Responsibilities
  1. Oversee daily operations of the bakery, ensuring high standards of quality and hygiene.
  2. Manage staff, including training, scheduling, performance evaluations, and team building.
  3. Develop and implement new recipes, ensuring consistency and product quality.
  4. Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock rotation.
  5. Maintain financial records and prepare budgets for the bakery.
  6. Collaborate with the management team to enhance marketing strategies and improve sales.
Job Specification
  • Proven experience as a Bakery Manager or similar role (minimum 5 years).
  • Strong knowledge of bakery operations, techniques, and equipment.
  • Excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse team.
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
