Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations of the bakery, ensuring high standards of quality and hygiene.
- Manage staff, including training, scheduling, performance evaluations, and team building.
- Develop and implement new recipes, ensuring consistency and product quality.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock rotation.
- Maintain financial records and prepare budgets for the bakery.
- Collaborate with the management team to enhance marketing strategies and improve sales.
- Proven experience as a Bakery Manager or similar role (minimum 5 years).
- Strong knowledge of bakery operations, techniques, and equipment.
- Excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse team.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
