We are currently seeking a Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team in Lahore or Karachi. This role is ideal for a seasoned B2B sales professional with deep experience in cosmetics, skincare, or chemical ingredients. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in building client relationships, driving revenue growth, and promoting innovative solutions that align with the company's sustainability mission.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the personal care and cosmetics industries

Cultivate and manage long-term relationships with clients, distributors, and brand owners

Collaborate with supplier partners and internal technical teams to provide tailored ingredient solutions

Deliver market insights, track industry trends, and recommend strategies for effective product positioning

Represent the company at client meetings, trade shows, and industry events through regular travel

Requirements:

At least 7 years of B2B sales experience in a relevant industry such as cosmetics, skincare, or chemical ingredients

Proven ability to negotiate and close deals, with strong communication and interpersonal skills

Bachelor's degree in Business, Chemistry, or a related field

Willingness and flexibility to travel both locally and nationally as business needs require
