About the opportunity

We're looking for a highly organized Account Management Coordinator to support our Key Account Managers (KAMs) in managing our strategic grocery partners. This role is essential for smooth execution and timely issue resolution to help our partners succeed on the platform.

What You'll Do

Operational Support

  • Assist KAMs with day-to-day operational tasks and troubleshooting vendor account or listing issues.
  • Promotion Management: Coordinate and support the uploading of promotional campaigns, ensuring correct setup, timely launches, and accurate data input.

Vendor Onboarding

  • Assist in onboarding new vendor branches, ensuring all necessary information (e.g., SKUs, pricing, availability) is correctly added and maintained.

SKU Management

  • Support the setup and updating of menu items or product listings (SKUs), including descriptions, images, and pricing accuracy.
What you need to be successful
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
  • Good understanding of the retail landscape of Pakistan.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Process-oriented and data-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) or Google equivalents.
  • Solid knowledge of the internet and e-commerce sector.
