Kickstart is Pakistan's largest coworking space operator with a mission of creating ease of doing business for SMEs, startups, and freelancers. We have 15 operational coworking spaces in Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad, with 5600+ members using our spaces daily.
To support the daily operations and maintenance of our facilities, we are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor who is proactive and detailed. Helping to manage building services, vendor coordination, safety compliance, and making sure that every employee works in a clean, safe, and effective environment are all part of this function.
Maintenance Supervisor will be reporting to the Facilities Manager for the following activities:

Maintenance:

  • Odoo ERP Maintenance Tasks assignments to the team.
  • Tasks Management as per Priority.
  • Follow up with Team Members on the tasks.
  • Execution of Preventive and corrective maintenance works.
  • Communications and updates to the stakeholders.
  • Must have experience in Physical inspections of maintenance and Renovation works including Electrical, HVAC , Carpentry, Plumbing, Paints, Civil etc.
  • Experience in Civil work supervision.
  • Renovation works planning and timely execution and cost control.
  • Visits to the branches for preventive maintenance works.

Procurement:

  • Assignment of outsourced work to vendors.
  • Follow up with vendor orders or works assigned.
  • Rate analysis for maintenance items for procurement
  • Sourcing of items/vendors.
  • Contract Negotiations.

Inventory:

  • Inventory Track and trace.
  • Stock issue and replenishment.
  • Realtime updates on stocks.
  • Inventory Control.
  • Considerable Knowledge of items/ Materials being procured.

Staff Management:

  • Preparation and vetting of staff attendances.
  • Lower staff management in case of leaves.
  • Recording off days/leaves and notifying HR.

Public Dealings:

  • Liaison with public departments with respect to compliance for various fields at all branches.
