Telsesales Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Specialist located in Hyderabad. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for contacting potential customers, promoting and selling our telecommunications and home security products. Day-to-day tasks include making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, providing excellent customer support, and achieving sales targets by identifying customer needs and offering appropriate solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proven Sales skills, with the ability to close deals and meet targets
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Any prior experience in a telesales or similar role is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education is preferred

Salary Structure

• 20k basic
• 5k punctuality
• Sales commission
• Targeted incentives
