We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Associate Director.

In this role, you will:

  1. Build, enhance & provide production support for GCP-based applications, using technologies like Prophecy, RDP, RADAR APIs, Google BigQuery, Python, workflows.
  2. Own end-to-end delivery – requirement analysis, planning, design, development, environment build, data load, testing, deployment, code reviews, etc., for all technical & functional changes in a release.
  3. Work with Ops, Dev, and Test Engineers to ensure operational issues (performance, operational issues, alerting, design defect-related issues, etc.) are identified and addressed at all stages of a product or service release/change.
  4. Be responsible for automating the continuous integration/continuous delivery pipeline within a DevOps product/service team, driving a culture of continuous improvement. Be aware of code scanning findings and provide meaningful remediation solutions.
  5. Ensure all IT General Controls (e.g., SDLC, DEPL, etc.) are followed and provide evidence when required by audit reviews.
  6. Ensure high-quality outcomes that are performant, aligned with Business SLAs, and within the agreed costs.
  7. Be responsible for upskilling and managing pod teams.
  8. Lead by example on organizational initiatives including Engineering Excellence, Test Automation, Service Excellence, etc., and promote these behaviors within the team.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: work closely with data engineers, software developers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements, gather insights, and translate business problems into data science solutions.
  10. Engage in continuous improvement and research: stay updated with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and software development. Research and experiment with new tools, frameworks, and approaches to enhance data science capabilities.
