As we expand, we're looking for a dedicated and versatile Website Developer with proven expertise in WordPress and Shopify. Knowledge of Wix and Squarespace is considered a bonus.

Job Overview:

We're seeking a results-driven and highly skilled Website Developer with at least 5 years of experience in developing and maintaining modern, responsive, and user-friendly websites. The ideal candidate should possess deep knowledge of WordPress (including custom themes and plugins) and Shopify (including theme customization and Liquid coding). Familiarity with Wix and its backend functionalities is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain WordPress and Shopify websites from concept to completion.
  • Customize themes and plugins based on client requirements.
  • Optimize website speed, SEO, and responsiveness across devices.
  • Implement third-party integrations (APIs, payment gateways, shipping, etc.).
  • Maintain website security and performance best practices.
  • Create custom Shopify sections and reusable templates using Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Manage CMS functionality, bug fixes, content updates, and platform migrations.
  • Convert UI/UX designs into functional web layouts using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or PSD.
  • Collaborate with project managers, designers, and developers.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues promptly.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of professional web development experience.
  • Strong command of WordPress, including custom themes, plugin development, Elementor, WPBakery, ACF, etc.
  • Proficiency in Shopify development, including theme customization, Liquid coding, and APIs.
  • Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap.
  • Experience with SEO, website speed optimization, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Familiarity with Git and version control.
  • Experience with Wix is a bonus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Bonus Points For:

  • Understanding of conversion-optimized design principles.
  • Basic graphic tools knowledge (e.g., Figma).
  • Experience in an agency environment.
