Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage audiences, and drive traffic and conversions. You will work closely with the marketing team to create compelling content, manage social media accounts, analyze performance metrics, and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and goals.
  2. Create engaging and shareable content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  3. Manage and maintain social media profiles and pages, including posting updates, responding to comments, and engaging with followers.
  4. Monitor social media trends, industry news, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  5. Collaborate with the content team to produce high-quality multimedia content, including graphics, videos, and blog posts.
  6. Plan and schedule social media campaigns, promotions, and advertising initiatives to reach target audiences and drive engagement.
  7. Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including reach, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI, to measure the effectiveness of social media efforts.
  8. Use social media management tools and analytics platforms to monitor and report on campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
  9. Stay up-to-date on best practices, trends, and emerging technologies in social media marketing to continuously improve strategies and tactics.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in social media marketing, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
  3. Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices for organic and paid social media.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and engage audiences effectively.
  5. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of trends.
  6. Proficiency in social media management tools, such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or HubSpot.
  7. Experience with social media advertising platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads.
  8. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  9. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
