Responsibilities:

  • Prosecution of Gas Theft Cases in Gas Utility Court and High Court under the Gas Theft Control and Recovery Act 2016.
  • Draft cases, appeals, Review, Revision, Petitions, Para-wise reply/comments, written statement and also represent the company in court cases for and against the company.
  • Vetting of FIR/154 CrPC statement, prepare daily prosecution report and coordinate with in charge Prosecution wing.
  • Overall supervision of prosecution cases in Gas Utility Court.
  • Proceeding of Gas Theft Cases as Prosecutor in Gas Utility Court.
  • Keep in charge Prosecution wing updated and get the Complainant and witnesses prepared for evidence in Courts.
