Responsibilities- Research companies, prospects, market trends, and emerging technologies in artificial intelligence, analytics, and data science.
- Deep-dive into industry-specific use cases, innovation themes, and enterprise challenges to support solutioning efforts.
- Assist in crafting high-quality slide decks, proposals, and pitch materials tailored to client needs, including use cases, solutions, and value stories.
- Support the development of internal reusable assets (e.g., templates, solution narratives, case studies).
- Work closely with solutions consultants and account managers to provide pre-sales support for active pursuits and outbound campaigns.
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to gather key inputs for presentations and client materials.
- Contribute to the preparation of workshops, POVs, and client conversations by structuring information and bringing clarity to complex topics.
- Coordinate internal team activities, track progress on action items, and manage timelines using task-tracking tools.
- Help maintain a library of updated materials, including decks and research artifacts, to streamline team operations.
- Be a flexible, reliable team member, ready to support wherever needed in a fast-moving environment.
- Prior pre-sales experience is a plus.
- Strong interest or foundational understanding of AI, analytics, and emerging technologies and their real-world applications.
- Excellent copywriting, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to tailor messages for business and technical audiences.
- Ability to translate technical input into clear, engaging, and client-ready content.
- Good visual and design sense; experience in crafting clean, polished presentations is highly valued.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proactive team player comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and accountable.
- Recent graduate with a business or computer science degree (with relevant electives) from a top-tier college or university.
- Internship or 6+ months' experience in a sales role within an IT, data science, or AI services firm is preferred.
