MendixSoft is hiring an experienced and passionate Senior Software Engineer (Full-Stack) to join our remote development team. This role is ideal for developers who are deeply experienced in both backend and frontend technologies and are capable of architecting scalable software solutions.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance applications using Python (Django/FastAPI) and React.js or Angular. You will also take ownership of projects, manage backend/frontend integration, and contribute significantly to architectural decisions. Mentoring junior developers and ensuring code quality will be part of your leadership responsibilities.

We're looking for someone who is hands-on with modern frameworks, understands agile methodologies, and has a strong sense of code quality, performance, and maintainability. Tech Stack Requirements:

Backend: Python (Django and/or FastAPI)

Frontend: React.js or Angular

Key Responsibilities:

Optimize applications for speed, responsiveness, and scalability

Mentor junior developers and review code for adherence to best practices
