We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to oversee and lead SAP implementation and upgrade projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the project lifecycle, ensuring successful project delivery, managing teams, and liaising with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage SAP implementation, upgrade, or optimization projects from initiation to completion.

Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.

Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring regular communication and updates on project status.

Identify project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.

Ensure the proper allocation of resources and team management throughout the project lifecycle.

Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.

Conduct project reviews and post-project evaluations, implementing lessons learned into future projects.

Manage relationships with SAP vendors and consultants as needed.

Requirements

Key Requirements:

5+ years of experience as an SAP Project Manager with a strong understanding of SAP modules.

Expertise in managing end-to-end SAP implementation projects.

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).

Experience in managing project budgets, timelines, and resources.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

SAP certification or PMP certification is a plus.

Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
