About the Position:

Zameen.com is seeking an experienced professional for the role of Territory Sales Executive based in Lahore. This position offers an excellent opportunity for career advancement within Zameen.com's sales team, which is transforming the real estate landscape in Pakistan. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong business acumen, and a good understanding of the real estate industry.

Job Description:

  • Manage relationships with real estate agencies in the assigned area/region.
  • Handle accounts of onboarded real estate agencies on Zameen.com.
  • Conduct periodic client visits, provide demonstrations, and close deals.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Build long-term strategic partnerships with clients through exceptional customer service.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Identify potential clients, conduct client profiling, and pitch suitable products.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Marketing.
  • Experience: 1-2 years in Sales or Business Development.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel.
