Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop advertising concepts, brochures, billboards, TVC/DVC scripts, and social media content.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all visual and communication channels.
  • Oversee photo and video shoots, 3D walkthroughs, and CGI requirements for projects.
  • Stay updated on real estate marketing trends and competitor activities.
  • Present creative concepts to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Design, Media Sciences, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 6 to 8 years of creative experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Prior experience in real estate or advertising agency is highly preferred.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing branding, campaigns, and multimedia content.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Figma, or similar tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
