ECM/EOC Developer

Design, develop, and customize ECM solutions using platforms like OpenText, Alfresco, SharePoint, or similar.

Develop workflows, document management systems, and automated processes to streamline content lifecycle management.

Integrate ECM systems with enterprise applications such as CRM, ERP, and other third-party tools.

Implement APIs and connectors to ensure seamless data exchange between systems.

Manage document storage, retrieval, versioning, and retention policies.

Design and implement metadata schemas, taxonomy, and search capabilities for efficient content discovery

Provide technical support and resolve issues related to ECM systems.

Conduct system performance analysis and optimize for scalability and efficiency.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored ECM solutions.

Prepare and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and training materials.

Ensure ECM solutions adhere to industry standards, regulatory compliance, and data security best practices.

mplement user access controls and encryption to protect sensitive information.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Proficiency in ECM platforms (e.g., OpenText, Alfresco, SharePoint, Documentum).

Experience with database management systems (e.g., SQL, Oracle).

Familiarity with workflow automation tools and scripting.

Understanding of API integration and web services (REST/SOAP).

Hands-on experience with system integration and enterprise application development.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results within deadlines.

• Certification in ECM platforms (e.g., OpenText Content Server Business Consultant, SharePoint Developer Certification).
• Experience with cloud-based ECM solutions (e.g., Microsoft 365, AWS, or Azure).
• Knowledge of compliance standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, or ISO 27001.
