  • Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using best practices and coding standards.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues that arise during the development cycle.
  • Optimize application performance to ensure a smooth user experience.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers in the team.
  • Stay up to date with the latest developments in web technologies and frameworks.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • 3-4 years of experience in Full Stack development with a focus on MERN stack.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
