We are seeking a results-oriented Media Buyer with deep experience in managing paid media campaigns for eCommerce brands. You will be responsible for planning, launching, monitoring, and scaling paid ad campaigns (primarily on Meta, Google, TikTok, and other platforms) with a strong focus on ROAS and CPA goals. You must be analytical, proactive, and know what it takes to move the needle in a DTC environment.

Key Responsibilities:


• Strategize, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Pinterest.


• Conduct audience research, create split tests, and identify scaling opportunities.


• Monitor campaign performance daily and adjust targeting, creative, and bidding strategies as needed.


• Collaborate with creative and copy teams to produce high-converting ads.


• Build and present weekly/monthly performance reports to clients.


• Stay up to date on platform changes, algorithm updates, and best practices.


• Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, ensuring consistent performance and communication.

Requirements:


• 2+ years of media buying experience for eCommerce brands (agency experience preferred).


• Proven track record of scaling DTC brands profitably.


• Strong understanding of metrics like ROAS, CTR, CPA, AOV, MER, etc.


• Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.


• Experience with landing page optimization, retargeting, and funnel building.


• Ability to manage ad budgets ranging from $10K to $500K+/month.


• Excellent analytical and reporting skills.


• Strong communication and time-management abilities.

Preferred:


• Experience with Klaviyo, GA4, Shopify, or Triple Whale is a plus.
