We are seeking a visionary and strategic Head of Product to lead and scale our product function. This role requires a seasoned product leader who can drive cross-functional collaboration, define and execute product strategy, and empower the product and project management teams to deliver exceptional customer and business value. The ideal candidate will combine deep product thinking with strong leadership and communication skills, ensuring alignment across stakeholders, engineering, design, and business teams.

Responsibilities
  • Define and champion the long-term product vision, ensuring alignment with company strategy and goals.
  • Build and own the product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on impact, effort, and business value.
  • Establish and scale product processes, standards, and tools across the team for consistency and efficiency.
  • Represent the product function in leadership discussions and contribute to overall business planning.
  • Lead continuous improvement of product and project delivery processes to increase velocity and quality.
  • Conduct strategic portfolio planning aligned with long-term company goals.
  • Lead roadmap planning and stakeholder alignment through structured ideation and discussion sessions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or equivalent business experience is a plus.
  • Experience: 10+ years of professional experience, with 6–10 years in product management and a proven track record of leadership for 6 or more years.
