Job Description:
As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually engaging designs that align with our clients' branding and marketing strategies. You will work on a variety of projects, including digital ads, website visuals, social media graphics, and more. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, strong technical skills, and a deep understanding of design principles. This role requires the ability to work efficiently during USA business hours (night shift in Pakistan) to meet deadlines and client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce high-quality graphics for digital marketing campaigns, websites, social media, email newsletters, and more.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create cohesive designs that align with brand messaging and objectives.
  • Develop creative concepts, storyboards, and layouts for various projects.
  • Create visually appealing logos, banners, infographics, and other promotional materials.
  • Ensure all designs meet the highest quality standards, are delivered on time, and align with client branding.
  • Edit and enhance images to ensure they are optimized for use in various digital formats.
  • Work closely with the team to incorporate feedback and revisions into final designs.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve your work.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio of work.
  • Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
  • Experience designing for digital platforms including web design, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Ability to create responsive designs that are optimized for different devices and screen sizes.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during USA working hours (night shift in Pakistan).
  • At least 2 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on digital marketing and eCommerce.
