Job Title: Sports Apparel Merchandiser Manager

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Merchandiser Manager to lead our sports apparel merchandising team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing merchandising strategies to drive sales, profitability, and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Merchandising Strategy: Develop and implement merchandising plans to achieve business objectives, including sales, margin, and inventory targets.

2. Product Development: Collaborate with design teams to develop product lines that meet customer needs and drive sales.

3. Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, product assortment, and product life cycles to optimize sales and profitability.

4. Analytical Analysis: Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer insights to inform merchandising decisions.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, production, and sales teams to ensure alignment and maximize business results.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Sales and Inventory Management
  • Ability to manage Assortment and product ranges effectively
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in the sports apparel industry is a plus
