Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a workshop environment, with at least 5 years' experience in a supervisory role at vehicle workshop or similar environment
  • Retired Army Subedar from Corps of EME are encouraged to apply
  • Strong technical knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, repair, and maintenance procedures
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Experience in managing inventory within a workshop

Responsibilities:

  • Manage, supervise, and coordinate daily workshop activities, ensuring all maintenance, repairs, and services are completed on time and to high standards
  • Monitor workshop performance and productivity
  • Lead, support and provide guidance to workshop staff
  • Follow safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe and organized work environment
  • Conduct inspection of tools and equipment and ensure they are in safe working condition
  • Track and report on inventory, ordering necessary parts and materials as needed
  • Handle inquiries and provide clear updates on repair timelines and costs

  • Management reserves the right to accept/reject any application without assigning any reason.
  • Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.
  • Candidate shall be disqualified if false information is provided.
  • 5 years' relaxation in age is already included in above age limit.
  • Selected candidate shall provide Medical Fitness and Character Certificates.
  • Employees serving in Government/Semi-Government departments must provide/attach No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of submission of application.
  • No TA/DA will be admissible.
  • Attested educational degree(s) from relevant regulatory bodies must be provided at the time of interview.
  • Electronic gadgets, mobile phones, smart watches etc. will not be allowed during test and interview.
  • The deadline for submission of application is 15 days after publication of advertisement and only online applications will be accepted.
