SZABMU is looking for dynamic and suitable candidates for appointment against the following positions.

1. Name of Post: Assistant Professor (Physical Therapy)
   No. of Posts: 01
   Qualification & Experience:
   • Ph.D. in the relevant field from an HEC recognized University/Institution or equivalent degree awarded after 18 years of education in the relevant field as determined by HEC.
   • Teaching Experience: 5 years
   • Age: 32-45 Years
2. Name of Post: Lecturer (Physical Therapy)
   No. of Posts: 03
   Qualification & Experience:
   • DPT/MBBS
   • Master's Degree or equivalent degree awarded after 16 years of education in the relevant field from an HEC recognized University/Institution with no 3rd division in the academic career. Condition of no 3rd division shall not be applicable in the qualification of appointment as lecturer in Universities or Degree Awarding Institutions provided that the candidate holds a higher degree viz. M.Phil./PhD or equivalent degree with not more than one 3rd division in entire academic career.
   • Teaching Experience: 3 years
   • Age: 25 – 35 Years

Application Instructions:

• Candidates are required to fill the online application form available at the University website www.szabmu.edu.pk.
• Candidates applying for more than one post shall submit separate applications with necessary documents, complete in all respects.
• The general age relaxation for a period of five years in upper age limit would be granted as provided in the Federal Government rules for BPS positions.
• All Positions are purely on contract basis.
• Application must be accompanied with pay order/demand draft (non-refundable) of Rs. 500/- drawn in favor of Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto Medical University, Islamabad.
• Candidates already in services of Government/Semi Government department or in an autonomous body must apply through proper channel; otherwise, their application shall not be entertained.
• Incomplete applications and those received after due date will not be entertained.
• The university reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of post(s) according to the need of the University and has the right to reject any application without giving any reason.
• Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for Interview.
