IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

As Director, Consumer Pricing & VAS Services, the candidate will lead the development and execution of pricing strategies across the consumer prepaid portfolio and oversee the design, growth, and monetization of digital content services. This role requires a commercially driven, analytically strong, and strategically agile leader who can steer pricing excellence and digital innovation in one of Pakistan's largest telecom ecosystems.

They will be responsible for delivering sustainable revenue growth, improving ARPU and retention, and launching digital partnerships that enhance customer experience and support Ufone 4G's long-term vision to become a digital-first operator.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

• Define and execute pricing strategies for Prepaid, LBC, and VAS to achieve business objectives, ensure compliance, and maintain a competitive edge.
• Oversee governance of price changes, promotions, and offers; develop revenue forecasts, pricing models, and subscriber behavior insights with BI, Finance, and Product teams.
• Lead competitive intelligence by tracking market trends and regulatory updates, and present actionable insights to C-level stakeholders to guide commercial decisions.
• Own the roadmap and execution of digital content services including OTT/VOD, Gaming, Fintech, and EdTech; build and manage strategic partnerships to drive growth.
• Guide product development and user journey optimization, launch and scale content bundles, and track KPIs like engagement, churn, revenue, and partner ROI to ensure targets are met.
• Collaborate with BI, IT, and Data Science to develop advanced analytics tools for segmentation, LTV modeling, churn prediction, and content performance dashboards; support marketing plans to boost digital engagement.
• Mentor cross-functional teams, promote a digital-first mindset, lead agile pricing and product experiments, and represent PTCL Group in regulatory engagements and external industry forums.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification:

• Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Engineering, Economics, Data Science, or related field. MBA preferred.

Competencies:

• Data Visualization Tools (Power BI, Tableau)
• Digital Analytics Tools (Firebase, Google Analytics, MixPanel)
• Digital Platforms, content partnerships, or OTT service models
• Firebase, Google Analytics, BigQuery, Power BI, and Looker Studio
