Supervise overall management and implementation of project activities at field level.

Prepare annual work plans and budgets. Monitor and evaluate project activities to ensure achievement of required targets and results.

Ensure the accomplishment of the project's goals, objectives, activities, and results in a timely and effective manner, as set forth in the LFA, Implementation Plan, and Annual Work Plans.

Build and maintain strong working relationships with partner organizations, stakeholders, and beneficiaries, engaging them on a regular basis to gather feedback and input into the implementation and progress of the project.

Identify areas for cooperation and build partnerships with stakeholders for efficient and effective implementation of the program.

Take lead in concept note/proposal development process and seek financial resources for the organization.

Select, recruit, and oversee the work of project staff.

Lead the preparation of written materials and reports for the project.

Perform any other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Experienced candidates will be preferred.
