CS Senior Optimization Engineer - Lahore Based
Netkom, Pakistan

Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure that all the Radio Network KPIs of the assigned area of responsibility based on BSS Statistics and Drive Test coverage analysis are consistently met as predefined by headquarters.
  2. Preparation of technical responses to PTML and/or end client on all regional Radio Network Optimization/Planning related queries/issues.
  3. Coordinate, review, and analyze drive test reports and data collected by Huawei or their sub-contractors.
  4. Provide RNO support to the Regional Manager during regional technical meetings.
  5. Propose and implement RNO guidelines and produce/present regional RNO reporting (QoS, DT reports).
  6. Perform regional BSS feature and parameter analysis and tuning.
  7. Provide all possible support on re-homing/cutover and upgrade activities.
  8. Conduct cluster optimization activity and routine troubleshooting & network maintenance.
  9. Submit final cluster report and obtain approval from the customer.
  10. Responsible for a set of clusters and management of corresponding engineers reporting to him.
  11. Coordinate and provide team-level support and follow up with peer departments for smooth delivery of the project.
  12. Knowledge transfer.
