Balancing the cash register and generating reports for credit and debit sales.
Accepting payments, ensuring all prices and numbers are correct, and providing a receipt to every customer.
Processing reimbursements and resolving complaints.
Packaging purchases to ensure safe transport.
Maintaining a clean workspace.

Job Specification

Graduate or diploma holder.
Customer service or cashier skills.
Ability to communicate accurately and sensibly.
High energy level with strong customer service skills.
Basic mathematics and computer skills.
Ability to stand, walk, lift heavy items, and work with other team members in a fast-paced environment to provide excellent service.
