Description
MWAN Mobile currently has exciting opportunities for a Blockchain developer who has hands-on experience in Blockchain node configuration and enabled RPC calls.

The Blockchain Developer will be part of a team of developers responsible for building new and supporting existing platforms and applications in our Islamabad Office. A good command of English is a requirement for this role.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and maintain cutting-edge web-based NODEJS applications on portal plus premium service platforms.
  2. Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code as needed.
  3. Protect operations by keeping information confidential.
  4. Manage projects and take ownership of work performed.
Job Specification

Requirements and Qualifications

  1. Configuration of Blockchain nodes and ability to work with Bitcoin, Ethereum, Hyperledger, EOS, etc.
  2. Knowledge of Smart contracts and Solidity.
  3. Experience with Golang, chain code, web3.js, Geth, Corda, Stellar.
  4. Proficiency with development tools for writing Smart Contracts (Truffle, etc.).
  5. Required understanding of DLT technologies.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, test, and production instances.
  7. Experience with Java / NodeJS (highly preferred).
  8. Knowledge of developing RESTful APIs and serverless APIs.
  9. Previous working experience as a MEAN Stack Developer for 2 - 5 years.
  10. Strong database development skills. Experience with (MongoDB, MySQL, NoSQL).
  11. Understanding and experience with Git and Bitbucket.
  12. Document the development process, architecture, and standard components.
  13. Coordinate with co-developers and keep the project manager well informed of the status of development efforts, serving as a liaison between development staff and project manager.
  14. Must have very good communication and problem-solving skills.
  15. You will be required to perform within deadlines for projects and meet those deadlines.
  16. Must be available immediately and work independently.

Knowledge of the following will be considered an advantage:

  • Knowledge of AWS and other cloud implementations.
