About Us:
Manestream Den is a creative agency dedicated to helping e-commerce brands dominate their markets with scroll-stopping video ads, high-converting Video Sales Letters (VSLs), and product-focused visual content. We partner with Shopify stores, Amazon FBA sellers, and DTC brands to create videos that don't just look great—they drive sales.

The Role:
We're seeking a talented Video Editor with a knack for crafting performance-driven video content. You'll create and edit ads, VSLs, and product videos designed to convert casual viewers into loyal customers. If you're obsessed with pacing, storytelling, and optimizing every frame for maximum impact, this role is for you.

What You'll Do:
  1. Edit high-converting video ads for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  2. Craft compelling Video Sales Letters (VSLs) that simplify offers, build urgency, and close sales.
  3. Optimize videos for direct-response outcomes (CTAs, retention hooks, split-testing variants).
  4. Collaborate with our creative and marketing teams to align edits with brand voice and sales goals.
  5. Fine-tune audio, color grading, and motion graphics to enhance viewer engagement.
  6. Stay ahead of trends in e-commerce video content and platform algorithms.
We're Looking For Someone Who:
  1. Has 3+ years of experience editing video ads or VSLs (e-commerce experience is a huge plus).
  2. Masters tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects (Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is a plus and desired).
  3. Understands the psychology of direct-response marketing (urgency, scarcity, benefit-driven storytelling).
  4. Can edit fast-paced, retention-focused videos that hold attention in the first 3 seconds.
  5. Has a portfolio showcasing conversion-focused work (e.g., ads, VSLs, product demos).
  6. Thrives in an onsite, deadline-driven environment.
Nice to Have:
  1. Experience with motion graphics (animating text, product visuals, transitions).
  2. Knowledge of A/B testing video variants for performance.
  3. Familiarity with Shopify product videos, or UGC-style edits.
