Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for delivering intuitive, user-centered designs that elevate the user experience across web and mobile platforms. As a UI/UX Designer, you'll work closely with frontend developers, project managers, and clients to ensure designs meet business goals and delight users.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and market trends to inform design decisions.
• Create user personas, user journeys, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for websites, mobile apps, and digital products.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and effectively.
• Participate in client meetings to understand project requirements and communicate design ideas.
• Conduct usability testing and collect feedback to improve user experiences.
• Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and UI libraries.
• Ensure that all designs meet accessibility standards and responsive design principles.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a digital agency or tech company.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, human-centered design, and interaction design.
• Solid experience with wireframing and prototyping tools.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and an understanding of frontend development.
• Excellent visual design skills with a strong portfolio of past UI/UX projects.
• Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Great communication skills and a strong team player attitude.

Preferred Skills (Bonus Points):

• Experience designing for SaaS platforms or enterprise-level applications.
• Animation or micro-interaction design experience using tools like Principle or Lottie.
• Knowledge of CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or Webflow.
• Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
