Job Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance, including fault analysis, component replacements, alignments, repairs, and installation of new control circuits. Modify air conditioning systems as requested.
Troubleshoot, inspect, test, maintain, repair, and clean all plant air conditioning equipment.
Repair or replace devices such as switches, temperature sensors, compressors, and control cards as needed.
Install new air conditioning units on existing or new plant equipment.
Conduct regular inspections of plant air conditioning equipment.
Assist in developing detailed preventive and predictive maintenance procedures for plant air conditioning.
Install, build, or modify plant air conditioning and control equipment as directed by the Section Head.
Participate in plant safety, health, and environmental programs, observing safety standards in accordance with government and company policies.
Respect and implement approved HSE policies and procedures.
Adhere to collective labor agreements, internal regulations, and other company policies.
Perform any other duties assigned by superiors as necessary.

Qualifications

TVET III/II in relevant education with 1-6 years of experience.
Good knowledge of phase testers, multimeters, meggers, and other testing equipment.
Ability to read and interpret documents and drawings.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Good interpersonal, networking, and teamwork skills.
Proficiency in office productivity tools.
