We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented E-commerce Marketplace Executive to manage
our Private Label Brand presence across various marketplaces like Walmart, eBay, Wish, Cdiscount, Otto, and
OnBuy and many more. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of marketplace
dynamics, with a particular emphasis on PPC campaign management/optimization, product listings, SEO and
account performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Marketplace Account Management
  2. Oversee daily operations across assigned e-commerce marketplaces
  3. Ensure all account metrics meet platform standards
  4. Resolve account-related issues such as suspensions and listing errors
  5. Product Listings
  6. Create, optimize, and maintain product listings with relevant keywords, titles, and descriptions
  7. Conduct competitor analysis to enhance visibility and sales potential
  8. PPC Campaign Management
  9. Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across all assigned marketplaces
  10. Analyze campaign performance and adjust bids, budgets, and keywords for maximum ROI
  11. Generate regular reports on advertising performance and recommend strategies for improvement
  12. Sales Growth and Strategy
  13. Identify new opportunities to increase sales
  14. Collaborate with internal teams to develop promotional strategies for peak seasons and special events
  15. Reporting and Analytics
  16. Track and analyze marketplace performance metrics, including sales, traffic, and conversion rates
  17. Provide weekly and monthly reports to management with actionable insights.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. Proficient in managing marketplace accounts (Walmart, eBay, Wish, Cdiscount, Otto, OnBuy)
  2. Strong expertise in PPC campaign setup, optimization, and analytics
Requirements
  1. Bachelors
  2. 1-2 years in e-commerce marketplace management with a strong emphasis on PPC
  3. Hands-on experience with marketplace tools and software
  4. Familiarity with SEO practices for e-commerce
  5. Experience in scaling and PPC on marketplaces
  6. Ability to interpret data and use insights to make informed decisions
  7. Strong written and verbal communication skills to handle customer queries and collaborate with internal teams
  8. High level of accuracy in managing listings and analyzing campaigns
