Marketing Strategy and Operations: Must be able to create marketing communications plans & strategies. Conduct and oversee market research for product development. Responsible for preparing a Service Delivery matrix and event management coordination. Coordinate with the development team for website development.

Project Management: Must have experience in Project Management on various products mainly related to B2B, E-Commerce, web applications, interactive (web) marketing, CMS, and others.

Business Analysis: Must have experience as a Business Analyst in defining data, processes, business rules, user interface, and service requirements for application development, UAT, and Business Architecture.

Inside Sales & Business Development: Define inside sales process and identify sales cycle benchmarks. Develop sales promotion campaigns and collateral. Talk to potential clients about offered services. Prepare and deliver contracts/agreements to clients.

Client Engagements: Create service delivery schedules. Coordinate with the implementation team and clients. Facilitate schedule revisions and ensure continuity of the implementation roster. Follow up with clients for overdue payments.

Job Specification

Effective verbal and written communication skills in English, pleasant mannerism, approachable, and can remain calm under pressure. Must be able to draft formal business letters, emails, proposals, PowerPoint presentations, and reports. Excellent Sales and Marketing skills. With excellent organization skills, the ideal candidate will have an eye for detail. Self-motivated, comfortable working independently, with the ability to work within tight deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential. Must be able to present online remote demonstrations to US-based clients. Must be able to manage outbound sales campaigns and a team of outbound sales executives. Intermediate level knowledge of web designing in HTML and Database Concepts. Some experience with Imaging Software for screen capturing and basic designing. General functional knowledge in the following areas is desired: Customer Relationship Management, Content Management/Writing for Websites. Must be tech-savvy and have the desire to learn and gather information about the latest trends and technologies. Must have excellent internet search skills. Must be a quick learner. Must have 3-5 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably with one year of experience in a managerial role. Manage and maintain existing relations with Key and Large Accounts.

Specialties: Experience in the domains of SEO, Adwords (SEM), Social Media, Google Analytics, Data Analysis (SQL), Web Development (WordPress, Magento), Basic understanding of PHP and IPR/Legal issues and mitigating risks for large-scale online community. IT Solution Sales, Solution Design - CxO Level Relationship, Enterprise IT Industry In-depth Understanding, New Business Development, Team Management, Product Management, Principal Relationship, Excellent Presenter and Communicator, Business Analyst, Visionary Leader.
