Job Title: Advanced RPA and Intelligent Bot Architect

Role Overview:

We are looking for an Advanced RPA and Intelligent Bot Architect with extensive expertise in building and deploying scalable automation solutions and conversational AI systems. This role requires hands-on experience with leading-edge RPA tools, bot frameworks, and AI models, with a focus on multi-channel scalability, advanced orchestration, and innovation in automation strategies.

Responsibilities:

1. Bot Development and Advanced Deployment

• Architect and deploy intelligent bots that integrate seamlessly across multiple platforms, including web, mobile, voice, and social media.
• Develop highly scalable bots capable of handling millions of concurrent user interactions.
• Optimize for low-latency response times using advanced load-balancing and containerized infrastructure.
• Implement advanced conversational intelligence using cutting-edge NLP models like GPT, BERT, or custom fine-tuned transformers.
• Design end-to-end RPA workflows for complex business processes, including legacy system integration and API-less environments.
• Leverage AI-driven process mining tools to identify optimal RPA opportunities and minimize manual intervention.
• Implement orchestration frameworks to manage thousands of bots across diverse business processes with real-time error handling and recovery mechanisms.

3. Advanced Programming and System Integration

• Lead development using modern programming languages like Python, TypeScript, and Node.js, ensuring efficient, modular, and reusable codebases.
• Design complex API integrations with real-time data pipelines, leveraging technologies like GraphQL and Webhooks for dynamic automation.
• Build robust middleware to support hybrid integration of RPA and AI capabilities.

4. Scalability, Automation, and Performance Optimization

• Design and implement automation solutions with a focus on scalability, distributed architecture, and fault tolerance.
• Use advanced containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployment cycles and operational reliability.
• Continuously monitor, benchmark, and optimize bot performance metrics, including throughput, latency, and error rates.

5. Advanced AI and Cognitive Integration

• Enhance bots with advanced AI capabilities such as multi-turn dialogue, contextual memory, and user personalization.
• Integrate voice assistants and speech recognition technologies to develop intelligent voice-driven systems.
• Use reinforcement learning techniques to continuously improve bot responses and user satisfaction.

6. Collaboration and Leadership

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, data scientists, and DevOps engineers, to deliver integrated automation solutions.
• Provide technical mentorship to junior developers and ensure adherence to best practices in bot development and RPA.

Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Expertise

• Expert-level experience with RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
• Advanced programming skills in Python, Node.js, and TypeScript.
• Proficiency in AI/NLP frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and spaCy, with experience in GPT/BERT fine-tuning.
• Extensive experience with container orchestration tools like Kubernetes, Docker Swarm, and OpenShift.
• Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and dynamic API integrations.

Automation Knowledge

• Proven track record of implementing automation in complex, high-traffic environments.
• Hands-on experience with AI-driven process discovery tools like Celonis or UiPath Process Mining.
• Expertise in handling bot orchestration and large-scale deployment strategies.

Preferred Expertise

• Familiarity with advanced orchestration platforms like Camunda or Apache Airflow.
• Experience with real-time streaming frameworks like Kafka or RabbitMQ for bot communication.
• Proficiency in using ML-based analytics tools for predictive bot performance optimization.
