Job Purpose

To conduct assigned flights in accordance with the detailed provisions of the Company Operational Manual and in compliance with CAA regulations. The pilot must ensure safety, security, and efficiency in all flights, support the flight and cabin crew, handle emergencies effectively, and maintain control over the flight to ensure successful performance and a positive corporate image.

Flies aircraft from one destination to another according to schedules and approved flight plans. Acts as the ultimate responsible for the aircraft during flights, prioritizing safety, efficiency, and passenger comfort.

Experience, Qualifications, and Requirements
  • Minimum of 2000 hours PIC.
  • Minimum of 800 hours PIC on A320 family.
  • Minimum of 5000 hours total flying experience.
  • Preference for trainers with TRE/TRI/LTC experience.
  • Valid licenses, Class 1 medical, and IR.
  • Valid English Language Proficiency (ELP) certification, above level 4.
  • Appropriate CPL/ATPL license (preferred).
  • Must pass technical & psychometric assessments and Medical Fitness Check as per Company/CAA standards.
  • Training in safety and emergency response is essential; formal qualification is an advantage.
  • Basic airport security procedures and regulations training is an advantage.
  • Crew Resource Management training is an advantage.
  • IATA security principles & standards are an advantage.
  • Proficient in aircraft systems, Microsoft Office, internet/web search, technical report writing, and presentations.
  • Experience with low-cost airlines is highly desirable but not mandatory.
