Role Description:

We are looking for a passionate Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Lahore. This full-time, on-site role will involve creating and executing innovative digital marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and help us achieve business goals. You'll be responsible for overseeing social media marketing, lead generation, web analytics, and digital marketing strategies across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.
  2. Manage lead generation campaigns to drive conversions.
  3. Analyze web traffic and user behavior using web analytics tools.
  4. Execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and audience engagement.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven expertise in Social Media Marketing and Lead Generation.
  2. Proficiency in Web Analytics and performance tracking tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
  3. Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing principles and best practices.
  4. Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills to measure success and optimize campaigns.
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  6. Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
  7. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
