Role Summary
The Marketing Operations & ABM Specialist is the backbone of Codup's marketing execution, ensuring that all technical, operational, and analytical aspects of campaigns are optimized for success. This role is responsible for managing the marketing tech stack, executing ABM campaigns, maintaining CRM workflows, and providing actionable insights to refine marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- MarTech Management
- Oversee and optimize Codup's marketing technology stack, including HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Smartlead, and other tools
- Ensure seamless integration between marketing platforms, CRM, and analytics systems
- Evaluate, recommend, and implement new technologies to improve marketing efficiency and scalability
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Execution
- Develop and execute ABM campaigns tailored to Codup's ICP and account tiers
- Manage personalized outreach campaigns across email, social media, and paid ads for Tier 1, 2, and 3 accounts
- Collaborate with the sales team to align ABM campaigns with sales objectives and ensure account engagement
- Campaign Operations
- Build and manage workflows in HubSpot, including lead scoring, segmentation, and nurturing sequences
- Ensure marketing data integrity, including data enrichment, deduplication, and segmentation processes
- Support email marketing campaigns with list management, dynamic content creation, and A/B testing
- Website & CMS Support
- Demonstrate excellent technical knowledge of WordPress CMS (or similar backend engines) to assist in updates, optimizations, and integrations related to marketing campaigns
- Coordinate with developers on lead-gen form integrations, tracking pixels, and landing page functionality
- Analytics and Reporting
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics such as engagement rates, pipeline contribution, and ROI
- Develop and maintain dashboards to visualize ABM account engagement and campaign effectiveness
- Use data insights to recommend optimizations for targeting, messaging, and channel allocation
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with sales to ensure alignment on account targeting, lead handoffs, and CRM workflows
- Work closely with the content and social media teams to align messaging with ABM initiatives
- Collaborate with performance marketing to optimize paid campaigns targeted at ABM accounts
- Process Improvement
- Continuously refine marketing processes to improve efficiency and scalability
- Document workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for ABM execution and marketing operations
- Technical Expertise:
- Proficiency with CRM systems like HubSpot and ABM platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Smartlead, RollWorks)
- Strong understanding of website backends, especially WordPress CMS, including plugin management, form integrations, and conversion tracking setup
- Familiarity with campaign tracking, reporting tools, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, HubSpot dashboards)
- Campaign Management:
- Hands-on experience in designing and executing ABM campaigns
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and segmentation strategies
- Analytical Thinking:
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Experience with multi-touch attribution and funnel analysis
- Project Management:
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through on campaign execution and reporting
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing operations, ABM, or demand generation roles
- Strong understanding of account-based marketing principles and methodologies
- Excellent technical knowledge of HubSpot integrations, CRM syncs, and WordPress (or equivalent CMS)
- Proficiency in marketing tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Google Analytics
- Efficiency: Ensures the operational smoothness of marketing campaigns, allowing the broader team to focus on strategy and execution
- Precision Targeting: Drives the success of ABM initiatives by ensuring campaigns are personalized, relevant, and measurable
- Data-Driven Impact: Provides the insights and analytics needed to refine campaigns and maximize ROI, directly supporting Codup's GTM objectives
