We are seeking an experienced Drilling Superintendent to join our team for deep drilling operations. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in high-temperature/high-pressure (HT/HP) drilling environments, particularly in the North Potohar region.

The Drilling Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing and managing drilling operations, ensuring they are conducted safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The role requires strong coordination between teams, optimization of drilling processes, resolution of technical challenges, and ensuring project objectives are met within budget and timeline constraints.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise deep drilling operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and adherence to company standards.
  • Lead and manage drilling teams, coordinating daily activities and optimizing operational performance.
  • Monitor drilling equipment, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement corrective action.
  • Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Enforce safety protocols and promote a strong safety culture within the team.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Diploma or High School Certificate.
  • Minimum 20 years of experience in drilling operations, with at least 5 years in a Drilling Superintendent role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage complex drilling challenges effectively.
