Provide leadership for the team responsible for selection, training, and performance management for direct reports.

Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment and effectively administer change management.
Experience analyzing and resolving complex issues and working collaboratively with internal teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook.
