Compensation: A permanent role with a salary of PKR 200,000 per month.
Job Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Architect with expertise in RIBA standards to join our dynamic team. This role will involve working on a variety of international projects, providing innovative design solutions and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct initial design consultations and understand client requirements.
  2. Develop outline design proposals and concept designs.
  3. Produce detailed design and coordination documents.
  4. Prepare comprehensive construction drawings.
  5. Conduct site inspections and design reviews.
  6. Ensure all architectural work complies with RIBA standards and client specifications.
  7. Collaborate with other professionals, including quantity surveyors and structural engineers.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
  2. Certification or familiarity with RIBA standards.
  3. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
  4. Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D modeling tools.
  5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
