  1. Responsible for all aspects of the region and all project implementations.
  2. Manage CM and PM activities during warranty period, including documentation, troubleshooting, monitoring, and managing project cost-effective solutions.
  3. Manage and control regional teams by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees.

  5. Project planning and execution.
  6. Handle business affairs and technical issues, accomplishing organizational missions by completing related results as needed.
  7. Develop customer relationships and networking.
  8. Implement and close different projects as per agreed timelines with contingency plans.
  9. Report to HQ on finance issues and forecasting requirements.
  10. Oversee admin, HR, and operations.
  11. Budgeting and cost control for assigned projects.
  12. Promote project management orientation within teams.
  13. Review measures to achieve performance targets.
  14. Assist in monitoring overall customer satisfaction.
  15. Develop new operations procedures and policies.
  16. Conduct and attend regional meetings for assigned regions.
  17. Field visits for DC Power equipment installation and commissioning.
Job Specification

Project Management: Champion in control and completion of telecom and construction projects within time and budget. Ensure complete rollout and operation management, maintaining service availability and quality as per customer needs and international standards.
