- Implement and close different projects as per agreed timelines with contingency plans.

- Oversee admin, HR, and operations.
- Budgeting and cost control for assigned projects.
- Promote project management orientation within teams.
- Review measures to achieve performance targets.
- Assist in monitoring overall customer satisfaction.
- Develop new operations procedures and policies.

- Field visits for DC Power equipment installation and commissioning.
Project Management: Champion in control and completion of telecom and construction projects within time and budget. Ensure complete rollout and operation management, maintaining service availability and quality as per customer needs and international standards.
