Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sales Business Development Executive (Sugar Trader) based in Karachi Division. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, lead generation, maintaining productive relationships, and developing strategies to promote growth and increase revenue.

Job Responsibilities and Qualifications

  • Drive sales of sugar and other commodities (palm, soybean meal, ethanol, wheat, maize, etc.) in Afghanistan & Pakistan.
  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Economics, Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
  • Build strong client relationships using Pashto / Urdu / English / Dari.
  • Manage end-to-end sales processes, negotiations, bids, and deal closures.
  • Provide market insights, monitor trends, and support shipper engagement.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and business skills.
  • Exhibit excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment.
  • Experience in the marketing industry is a plus.
