Attock Petroleum Limited (APL), a leading Oil Marketing Company, is seeking an Executive (Retail Development) in Karachi.

Education: Masters preferably BBA (Hons) / MBA in Marketing.
Experience: Minimum 5 years preferably in OMC.
Location: Karachi, Pakistan.
Number of Positions: One (1).

The role involves achieving company targets while adhering to SOPs and policies, proactively planning daily tasks, and executing all activities professionally to meet deadlines.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Minimum 5 years of field experience in sales/development within a reputed OMC.
  • Proficient in verbal and written communication for internal and external correspondence.
  • Network planning through competitor sale analysis to identify potential pockets.
  • Effective negotiation skills are essential.
  • Planning pipeline projects to expedite work and support dealers.
  • Developing strong business relations with the dealer network.
  • Understanding site development procedures, including trade area evaluation, NOC procedures, and land documentation.
  • Assessing feasibility of new sites based on financial metrics like IRR, payback period, and NPV, along with margins and return on investment.
  • Suggesting new policies based on market intelligence, including tripartite and franchisee agreements.
  • Developing CAPEX plans.
  • Operating COCO sites effectively.

Skills Required: Proven communication and relationship management skills to understand requirements and work effectively.
