Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and versatile SEO Content Writer & Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our content strategy and organic growth efforts. You will be responsible for researching, planning, and writing high-quality, optimized content for our website, blog, and digital channels. This includes developing and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base, as well as crafting email sequences and newsletters to educate and nurture our diverse user base.

You will collaborate closely with our in-house Graphic Designer and Social Media Manager to ensure content is visually engaging and distributed effectively. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong SEO, content marketing, and digital campaign coordination skills, able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research industry-related topics, identify content gaps, and generate new content ideas.
• Write and optimize clear, compelling, and SEO-friendly articles, blogs, product pages, landing pages, and case studies.
• Create and maintain comprehensive knowledge bases to help users understand and maximize the value of our products. Plan, write, and optimize email sequences and newsletters for product education, onboarding, engagement, and retention.
• Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO best practices to improve search rankings and drive organic traffic.
• Brief and coordinate with the Graphic Designer to create visuals, infographics, and other assets that enhance your content.
• Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to ensure content is distributed effectively across relevant channels and communities.
• Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns, product launches, and community engagement initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools, and recommend improvements based on data.
• Stay updated on SEO trends, Google algorithm changes, and digital content best practices.
• Support digital marketing initiatives such as video scriptwriting, influencer outreach, and landing page optimization as needed.
• Repurpose content for multiple platforms (e.g., blog, social media, email) to maximize reach and engagement.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an SEO Content Writer, Content Marketer, or similar role.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct keyword research and develop a content strategy.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English.Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking methods, and on-page SEO.

• Experience writing knowledge base articles and educational resources.

• Experience planning and writing email sequences and newsletters.

• Familiarity with SEO and analytics tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics).Experience working with content management systems (e.g., WordPress).

• Ability to brief and collaborate with designers and social media managers.

• Strong project management and organizational skills; ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Bachelors degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand consistency.

• Ability to write for different audiences and platforms (technical, educational, promotional).

• Experience in the print, design, automation, or SaaS industry is a plus.

• Basic understanding of video scriptwriting and digital marketing campaigns.

• Strong research skills and ability to understand technical topics quickly.
