Customer Outreach Officer (Marketing)

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Related Field

We are seeking an experienced Online Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in developing and executing effective online marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales. You will work closely with the marketing team to create and implement campaigns across various digital platforms, such as social media, email, SEO, PPC, and display advertising. You will also be responsible for creating LinkedIn posts, website blogs, and any other social media content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms
  • Manage social media accounts and create engaging content
  • Monitor and optimize SEO and PPC campaigns
  • Design and implement email marketing campaigns
  • Create and manage online ads using display advertising platforms
  • Analyze campaign data and optimize for better performance
  • Monitor website traffic and make recommendations for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and industry news
  • Create and update videos for the company's YouTube channel
  • Write social media posts and website blogs
  • Update User Guide for new features and functionalities added to the company's product
Job Specification
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in online marketing, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email, and display advertising
  • Excellent analytical and data-driven thinking skills
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, AdWords, and social media management tools
  • Excellent English written and communication skills
  • HTML/Markdown file creation is definitely a BIG PLUS
