As our Video Editor, you'll be responsible for creating engaging, platform-native video content that supports our clients' marketing goals. Your work will directly contribute to ad performance, brand positioning, and conversion rates across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other key channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Edit and produce short-form videos (15–60s) for Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and more.
  • Create high-converting ad creatives using UGC, branded content, voiceovers, animations, and B-roll.
  • Utilize AI tools for video generation and voiceover creation to accelerate production timelines.
  • Collaborate with media buyers, copywriters, and creative strategists to execute content aligned with funnel stages.
  • Repurpose long-form content into bite-sized social cuts with strong hooks and CTAs.
  • Optimize for performance metrics such as CTR, watch time, and ROAS.
  • Stay on top of viral trends, e-commerce video formats, and evolving ad platform best practices.
  • Maintain consistent brand quality across multiple client accounts.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience editing videos for performance marketing or e-commerce brands.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or equivalent editing tools.
  • Strong understanding of direct response principles, video hooks, and visual storytelling.
  • Experience editing UGC and product demo videos that drive clicks and conversions.
  • Hands-on experience with AI video generation tools and AI voiceover platforms (e.g., Synthesia, Pictory, ElevenLabs).
  • Ability to interpret creative briefs and iterate based on ad performance data.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment and managing multiple deadlines.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Creative Center, and performance analytics.
  • Basic motion graphics and sound design.
  • Ability to ideate video scripts or storyboard concepts.
  • Experience with Trello, Notion, Slack, or other remote collaboration tools.
