We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in video production and possess excellent technical skills in operating cameras, drones, audio equipment, and studio lighting. Additionally, proficiency in various software applications such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Audition is essential. The Executive Cameraman/Video Editor will be responsible for capturing high-quality footage, editing videos, and delivering compelling visual content for our organisation.

Responsibilities:

- Operate and maintain video production equipment, including cameras, drones, audio devices, and studio lighting.

- Capture high-quality footage for various projects, ensuring excellent composition, lighting, and audio.

- Edit raw video footage using industry-standard software, such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Audition.

- Apply video editing techniques, including cutting, sequencing, transitions, color correction, and audio enhancements.

- Collaborate with teams to understand project requirements, timelines, and objectives.

- Utilize graphic design and motion graphics skills to enhance video content as needed.

- Ensure that all videos meet technical specifications and quality standards for various platforms and formats.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in video production and editing to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

- Manage and organize video files, ensuring proper archiving and accessibility for future use. Knowledge & Skills:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in video production, including operating cameras, drones, audio equipment, and studio lighting.

- Proficiency in video editing software applications, particularly Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Audition.

- Solid understanding of video editing techniques, such as cutting, sequencing, transitions, color correction, and audio enhancements.

- Strong technical skills in operating cameras, drones, audio devices, and studio lighting to capture highquality footage.

- Knowledge of graphic design and motion graphics principles to enhance video content.

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards in video production and editing.

- Strong organizational skills to manage and archive video files effectively.

- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with creative teams and stakeholders.

- Creativity and the ability to develop visually compelling concepts and ideas for video projects.

- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and techniques in video production and editing.

- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to video production and editing
