We are currently seeking a motivated Property Consultant with 2 years of experience in the accounting industry to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist clients in buying properties.
  2. Provide expert advice on property market trends and pricing.
  3. Prepare property listings and conduct property showings.
  4. Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial documentation.
  5. Build and maintain client relationships through excellent customer service.
  6. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
Required Skills:
  1. Strong understanding of the real estate market and accounting principles.
  2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  3. Proficient in using property management software and MS Office Suite.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
