Overview

We're seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer who excels in Figma to craft intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling digital experiences. You'll collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to bring ideas to life through wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces.

Responsibilities
  • Design user interfaces for web and mobile platforms using Figma as the primary tool.
  • Create high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and design systems.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing, and iterate based on feedback.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
  • Maintain consistency across products by adhering to brand guidelines and design standards.
  • Translate complex user needs into elegant, user-centered solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends and Figma features.
Required Skills
  • Expert-level proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping, variants).
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, user flows, and interaction design.
  • Experience with responsive design and accessibility standards.
  • Familiarity with tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, or Illustrator is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a portfolio showcasing Figma work.
  • Experience working in agile environments or cross-functional teams.
