Redux Mart is looking for a skilled and creative Video Editor to join our media team onsite in Larkana. The ideal candidate will be responsible for editing long videos, movie-style scenes, promotional marketing content, and short-form videos for social media platforms. If you have a passion for storytelling through video and strong technical editing skills, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit long-form video content, cinematic-style scenes, and promotional videos.

• Create engaging short videos for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

• Add appropriate sound effects, background music, transitions, and motion graphics to enhance viewer engagement.

• Collaborate with the creative, marketing, and content teams to develop concepts and finalize video outputs.

• Ensure all video content is high quality, brand-consistent, and delivered on time.

• Maintain organized archives of video projects and raw footage.

• Stay updated with video trends, editing techniques, and social media formats.

Requirements

• Proven experience in video editing, especially long-format and cinematic projects.

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent editing tools.

• Strong storytelling and pacing skills.

• Understanding of social media video requirements and audience preferences.

• Ability to work onsite at our Larkana office and collaborate with in-house teams.

• Creative mindset, attention to detail, and time management skills.

• A portfolio or showreel of past video work is required.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of basic color grading and sound editing.

• Experience with motion graphics or animation.

• Familiarity with e-commerce or promotional product content.
