We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales and Operations Officer to coordinate sales activities and streamline operational processes, ensuring efficiency and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and sales team.
  • Coordinate among different departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Monitor inventory levels and oversee supply chain activities.
  • Analyze sales and operational data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and operational efficiency.
  • Assist in developing strategies for process optimization and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales operations, business development, or a related role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and internal systems.
